NorthSouth Consultants Ltd is an RICS-regulated consultancy with over 30 years experience in the industry. We provide national-level surveying services, for a broad spectrum of clients including Local Authorities, Academy Trusts, universities, national corporate chains, and religious institutions.

Grant is a Chartered Building Surveyor, project manager and RICS Certified Expert Witness with broad experience in education, heritage, residential, and commercial projects.
He has worked on complex refurbishment projects and urban new-build regeneration schemes up to a value of £62m, dealing with various types of contracts and resolving disputes.
Grant is an active RICS APC assessor, counsellor and supervisor.
Richard is a Chartered Building Surveyor and qualified Retrofit Coordinator. Richard is experienced in establishing Joint Ventures for large new build residential developments and is also an experienced Employers Agent and Project Monitor. He has a deep interest in renewables and worked in the delivery of one of the first Local Authority net-zero affordable housing schemes in the country. In his role as Project Manager, Richard has led in a range of residential, commercial and education projects up to £120m in value.
Ben is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive expertise in managing surveying and project delivery across educational estates, heritage properties, and public sector projects. He is experienced in all phases of pre- and post-contract work, serving as Contract Administrator and Project Manager for large-scale developments and refurbishments within educational institutions. Ben’s portfolio includes the management of complex condition surveys, planning and regulatory compliance, and technical oversight on listed and historic educational estates.
